I’ve been a patient at The Riegel Center since 2023, and I only wish I’d found them sooner. A friend-of-a-friend referred me, and even before my first appointment, I bombarded Dr. Riegel and Lisa with pages of questions by email. They answered every single one with incredible patience and detail, which is rare for any doctor. At my initial consultation, I learned that Dr. Riegel shared a practice with the very OBGYN who delivered both of my children (now 30 and 26). It felt like the universe was telling me I was exactly where I was supposed to be. For years, I suffered through severe menopause symptoms. I tried everything; herbal supplements, testosterone pellets, every “natural” remedy I could find, and nothing helped. My new OBGYN’s only suggestion was antidepressants (which I’d never taken and didn’t want to take). The mood swings, brain fog, and hot flashes were relentless. Some mornings, my husband didn’t know which version of me would wake up beside him. I felt like a stranger in my own body, retreating further every day. It affected my marriage, my relationships with my kids and friends, my friendships, and my work. I was miserable. Then I found The Riegel Center. These days, everyone claims to be a “menopause expert.” Social media and TV are flooded with one-size-fits-all “solution.” Dr. Riegel is the real deal, an actual expert with decades of specialized experience and the credentials to back it up. He took the time to listen, to test, and to create a plan that was 100% tailored to me. I’m not exaggerating when I say he saved my sanity and quite possibly my marriage. Today I feel like myself again: calm, energetic, happy, and in control. My quality of life is completely transformed, and I have my life back. And I would be committing a crime if I didn’t give a massive shout-out to Lisa. She is kind, responsive, and truly cares; she’s a huge part of what makes this practice so special. I waited far too long to write this review (sorry!), but trust me, you won’t regret making that first appointment. Thank you, Dr. Riegel and Lisa, from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Riegel is wonderful and listens to your concerns. His hormone protocols have helped me feel so much better after only one month! My energy, moods, and sex drive have drastically improved. I also have better sleep and brain fog is gone! I’m so very happy I found Dr Riegel and his services. I feel like a new woman!

Dr Christopher Reigels formula is amazing. My bones don’t ache, my skin is not as dry, no more depression or forgetfulness. Energy and sleep and sex drive are like as if I’m in my twenties. You don’t have to suffer go see Dr Christopher Rigel. You won’t be sorry I promise.
